ELECTCOM PRO HDMI DVD PLAYER ORIGINAL

Electcom(pro) is a wonderfully responsive company. I purchased the DVD HDMI, model no. ELC-1910 DVD player last year and used it regularly. It started to develop problems (my tech support brain guessed it may have been buffer memory errors). I reached out to Electcompro support and Mike responded quickly and efficiently. Mike resolved the problem WELL PAST my expectations. The model no. ELC-1910 is a basic DVD player, with enough features to make it a great buy at its cost. Added to that the company really stands behind their products, making this purchase a no-brainer.

My Electcom Pro 2.0 CH HDMI DVD PLAYER does not work! After following all directions and hooing it up, it played 5 minutes of a movie and froze. I have changed the remote batteries 3 times, it does not work. The DVD drive began to open and close repeatedly, and the troubleshooting guide did not solve the problem. When I plug the unit in to the electrical socket, it powers on immediately, will not turn off either with the remote or using the power button on the unit. Jist terrible!!

Just plug in and play very easy setup.

Bought this product to play DVDs. Only just recieved it, so far so good. Not being very technically minded, I could not connect but my friend shown me and it was quite easy really
