Of course every ELECTCOM PRO product is created to the highest standards and rigorously checked before it is unleashed. But if, for any reason, you need to return your DVD Player or any other ELECTCOM PRO product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.
How To Initiate A Return
We adore our ELECTCOM PRO customers, and your satisfaction is very important to us! We will gladly accept your returned DVD Player within 30 days from date of shipping.
Returned products must be in good condition and in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept returns without the original packaging.
Please contact us through the form below. We usually respond within two business days. In your Email, include:
1.Your Order Number (you can find this in your order confirmation Email)
2.Your Name (or the name of the person who placed the order)
3.The Email Address You Used to Complete Your Order
4.The returned products need to be sent back to our warehouse: 3292 E Holmes Rd, Memphis, TN 38118-8102 US (MEM1)
A member of our Customer Service team will reply to your message within 48 hours.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs cannot be reimbursed. If you're within the US, our recommendation is to use USPS Flat Rate Shipping services.
If the product we received is in good condition and in the original packaging, you will receive the refund within two days.
*Please include a printout of your order confirmation Email in the package for identification purposes. Alternatively, write your order # on the outside of the package in large, clear print (or print out a label).
